  1. Hey K
since it is a ***moment by moment*** journey: hanging in the dangle between pleaure and pain, gain and loss, praise and blame, fame and disgrace it seems you've got the Middle Way quite well scoped out and darlin' You do it so well! We're so privledged to witness your process to the degree that a mere blog and the techno world allows :-)
just keep comin' back round...keep comin' back round.
    huge hugs as you travel.

  2. thank you Donna. It was one of those days that I didn't feel like I was doing it too well, and I had to direct my Mind to steady it on that middle way, or I would have veered wildly, left to my little own devices! Having this image to focus my intent on as I worked, kept me on track and steadied me... and it brought me back.

  4. That sun is spectacular! Thes pages remind me of my day at the beach when I was standing high on a rock looking at the sun on one side and the moon on the other. An awesome moment.

  7. Just time for a quick note to let you know I love the last posts...So much colour. It just makes me crazy that I hardly even have time to view my favorite blogs, let alone post comments! Summer has been crazy busy and now I am working at an office job for the next 5 weeks.

Karin, I sure hope you are feeling better these days. You certainly look great!

Hi Sonia, thanks for taking a little time here :) sounds like the middle way isn't easy with your schedule right now!

thanks Renee, now I guess I better explain your 2nd comment!! You're too funny! yes, I had to call it quits, as I began to have worsening reactions each week, and the last one was just too much, so it's a no go. I'm waiting for the next to be approved to try, and hope for a better fit. and so it goes...

  11. "Perhaps going to extremes means treating the relative as if it were absolute"
That quote, from the Middle Way article, says very eloquently one of my greatest hopes- that people would take time to realize the difference between fact and opinion!
    Love the pages!

  14. Some people choose to follow their own yellow brick road. You remind energy beings they are on track to realign with their true selves. This requires learning to re-open the third eye, just between and above the familiar physical eyes. Inner sight is the only thing that ever reveals the truth of who you are and why you exist. Other senses obscure and distort the intrinsic meaning of presence. You are unwavering love energy.
