  4. Hi Karin, i hope that you are well?

Very beautiful pages. I love the earthiness of the colour scheme. The picture reminds me of those heated alls you hold to warm your hands up, only in this case maybe it is a cold all to cool the hands? Good balance of warm and cool colours.

  5. Thank you lilasvb!

Well, I wouldn't say they are killing me, but my hands have been quite swollen and - well, they and my wrists hurt, a lot...
Glad the message was received :) xxoo

Hey Kim, yes, I'm holding!! xox

Hi Jasmine, because my hands aren't cooperating the way I want them to, I wasn't able to depict what my mind's eye saw, which was a much more open ribbon like swirl of energy that fell into the hands in my minds eye as I sat quietly, with my eyes closed - light, swirling, and connected...

  6. well, they may not be cooperating as you want them to but they certainly are expressive on paper! it really captures the feeling of how you are doing and I love that you are capturing the FLOW! xo

  9. This is amazing Karin! Are you giving or receiving in this image? To me it looks like you are drawing healing energy from what is in your hands. I love it. Oh, and I left a comment on your last post a couple of days ago, but it hasn't appeared. Very strange!

  16. Thanks Cat! I like how you worded that; capturing the flow. It brought to mind being a kid and capturing different things for closer inspection - tadpoles, snails, bugs, etc - a capture and release process, so now I'm thinking about how I can consciously capture and release the flow... xoxo

Thank you Carol Anne, all is well, always :)

    A grenade? really?!

Oh thank you Ms Linda Sue!!! xox

Hi Heather, hmm, sorry about the comment thing - I don't know where it might have disappeared to!
Thank you - hopefully it's a giving and receiving thing :)

    Thank you Seth!!

Hi Robyn - thank you!! It's funny, but images have been a little evasive lately, but when they do come in, they are crystal clear. Perhaps less is more, with working at the pace I am currently able to - in order to keep that back bone happy!!

Well, there is some of the whirlwind in all I've been experiencing lately, so that's probably an apt observation Deb! Many thanks xo

I love that Laura, the idea of "holding the mystery" - that is a powerful concept to meditate on... thank you! xox

Yeah, it's funny Manon, I didn't really have an idea that I would use red, and I don't remember seeing red when I visualized this image, but red is what my hand reached for, so i went with it. thanks for admiring :)

Oh Katelen, bless you. You have touched mine... deeply...
