    Hi Robert, yeah, I had been looking at some Himalayan buddhist art earlier in the day, and there are so many images of these seemingly demonic characters. Some of them are actually protectors - I know very little about this subject, but am slowly learning! One fascinating site is Himalayan Art Resources. There are some wonderful stories on the kids section!
